Shipping Policy 

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 4 business days in Finland, international 14+ days.
- International Shipping: 7 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to Finland. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [customer support email] for assistance.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Design in Scandinavia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or contact them directly to file a claim.
