Exquisite trio of authentic 1930s stoneware art bowls designed by renowned ceramicist Kurt Ekholm for Arabia Finland. Each piece showcases the distinctive craftsmanship of Finland's golden age of ceramics. Measuring 12cm x 16cm x 8.5cm, these rare vintage collectibles represent significant artefacts from Arabia's artistic legacy.

Kurt Ekholm (1907–1975) was a Finnish-Swedish designer and ceramic artist renowned for his refined, modern tableware and decorative objects. Serving as artistic director at Arabia from 1931 to 1948, Ekholm played a pivotal role in modernizing the company’s style, introducing clean lines, functional forms, and contemporary decoration that defined Finnish ceramics of the era.

He designed both everyday tableware and elegant, limited-edition pieces, often experimenting with glazes and patterns that combined simplicity with subtle ornament. Ekholm’s work remains highly collectible, valued for its craftsmanship, timeless Scandinavian aesthetic, and its role in shaping mid-20th-century Nordic design.
